- JSJessica SosaFeb 9, 20261.0I wish I would have read the reviews before scheduling my appointment here. The older Indian lady that attended me was extremely rude. I understand, you don't have to be friendly as we all have bad days but don't be rude! I waited in line and was called over by another employee (thank GOD) and she was willing to confirm that I didn't schedule the appointment under my children's information. That was when the older lady walked over and said "I already told her and showed her the paper" and walked away making a gesture as to say "go away." I thanked the lady who tried to help me and left because I have manners and was not going to stand there and argue. However, she needs additional training and support. Very disappointing! Thankfully I was able to secure an appointment elsewhere!

- LLLaura LithgowJan 16, 20261.0Smita was rude and customer service was bad. I walked into an empty lobby and waited for someone to take my package. No one was at the front for at least 3 minutes. She finally made her way in carrying her personal belongings and abruptly told me “Over here” with a terse tone. No, “Hello” or, “thanks for waiting” or “sorry about the delay.” It made me feel as if I was inconveniencing her by waiting in this post office and making her do her job. After scanning my package she proceeded to tell me to fill out a survey before I could get my receipt. I rated her a :( face, and without skipping a beat, she raised her voice and asked “Why would you do that?!” I let her know quickly that she was late, and she was rude - not that I had to answer her at all. To her credit, I guess she gave me my receipt without pressing into it further. Seems like this place doesn’t care because there are tons of reviews like mine about her service.

They had a package of mine for two weeks, while the mail carrier claimed she'd delivered it to me - telling her boss the same - but I never received it. I went there three times inquiring about its whereabouts, but I just got the runaround. So, the mystery of its current location remains a mystery. No refund, just an "I'm sorry." Unacceptable.
