They had a package of mine for two weeks, while the mail carrier claimed she'd delivered it to me - telling her boss the same - but I never received it. I went there three times inquiring about its whereabouts, but I just got the runaround. So, the mystery of its current location remains a mystery. No refund, just an "I'm sorry." Unacceptable.

I was confused with how to ship a certain package and she was rushing me so bad where she got upset that I wrote it wrong and she had to do extra steps to reverse it and refund the money. I understand that the store was getting ready to close, but she made me feel very uncomfortable with how she treated me by even taking the pin from me, saying that I was writing too slow and then proceeding to just tell me bye, indicating that it was time for me to leave or that she wanted me to leave. Also, as I was checking out and the option appeared for me to leave a survey about my experience. She pressed the button for me saying that the experience was good when it was not, and I was completely dissatisfied!
