- ASAlicia SDec 11, 20251.0Absolutely terrible experience with Electronic Express. I purchased an item during their Black Friday sale, and what did they send me? A damaged product right out of the box. When I contacted customer service expecting at least a little help, the representative was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of fixing the issue, they refused to honor the sale price I originally paid—even though the only reason I needed a replacement was because THEY sent me a defective item. It’s unbelievable that a company would treat paying customers this way. Between the damaged merchandise and the nasty attitude from their support team, I will NEVER shop with Electronic Express again. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that actually values customers and stands behind what they sell.

After another shop gave me a vague and overpriced diagnosis, Josh quickly helped me figure out exactly what was wrong — just the power supply. He explained clearly what kind of PSU I needed, and even offered the option to either buy it from them or bring my own. I brought my own power supply, came in, and within just an hour and a half, everything was fixed. Josh handled it professionally and efficiently, ran all the necessary tests, and made sure the system was running perfectly before I left. Super honest, helpful, and clearly knows what he’s doing. If you’re looking for someone who’s straight with you and gets the job done right, Josh is the guy. Highly recommended.
