  Great service and attention. I brought a laptop in to fix malware, they handled it promptly, and accepted to fix it free of charge when it went beyond the measures they expected would fix it. They wiped the drive clean and correctly saved all files and software. If Josh is the tall lean guy, kudos to him on great work.

  Absolutely terrible experience with Electronic Express. I purchased an item during their Black Friday sale, and what did they send me? A damaged product right out of the box. When I contacted customer service expecting at least a little help, the representative was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of fixing the issue, they refused to honor the sale price I originally paid—even though the only reason I needed a replacement was because THEY sent me a defective item. It’s unbelievable that a company would treat paying customers this way. Between the damaged merchandise and the nasty attitude from their support team, I will NEVER shop with Electronic Express again. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that actually values customers and stands behind what they sell.
