Worst postal office in my opinion. The employees don’t answer the phones, my packages are put in the system late. If your shipping something don’t use these postal office use a different one. Has been 2 full days and no tracking number for my package. We be using ups or fedex for now on.

Would be nice if their lazy mailmen would actually take outgoing mail instead of just walking right by it. They don’t care they’re on camera, that just lets you know how much these workers suck at their job and just don’t care. Can’t wait until robots replaces them!

I arrived inside at 1:40pm on Saturday (closing time 2pm). Had 2 neatly wrapped/addressed small packages that just needed to be weighed and stamped. There was one couple at counter that she was talking to, she looked at me and asked if they just needed to be dropped off and I said, “no, needed her to weigh and sticker them (a 2 min transaction).” She then said, she was closed. I said, “you still have 20 mins” and she said, “they had appointments for passports and she was the only one on and it would take until 2pm.” I said, “are you serious I just drove 15 mins to get here” and she simply said, sorry! I asked “you can’t stay a couple mins longer?” and she said, “wow, guess the world revolves around you!” At this point I was upset, and she offered a paper with number of customer service. She blamed management for not having anyone on with her. I understand why she’s aggravated with them, but in the amount of time she took talking to me, she could have had my 📦 done. No customer service or work ethic as far as I’m concerned. I’ve been there many times and there are a couple of nice clerks but there seems to be a complacent/complaining and rude attitude with half of the employees. Why have operating hours if you’re not going to honor them? Will do UPS before going back there!

It really makes you mad when you standing in line watching and watch the post worker talk so sweet to the un color person in front of you and as soon you step up all smiles go away and its like you don't exist. No good morning back I smiling at her she just talking like im a bother a waste of space .So i stay away from this post office I rather travel couple more miles to be treat with respect. FYI just to say this was my first-time experience being treated that way the man and tall women are nice people this other lady👎👎👎
