- LHLew HopperOct 2, 20231.0Dont bother getting insurance on you package. No one will talk to you about your claim. No one answers phones. One person actually hung up on me. You have to prove what you shipped. The value. How you paid for what you shipped. Receipts, pictures of what was shipped, the address label. I provided a receipt but it didnt indicate the form of payment so I was denied. The PO insisted they delivered the package but they couldnt prove it and the adressee never received the package.
