When it was my turn, not even a hello was said only thing asked was do I have a label. I said I have a QR code that you can scan she goes I can’t take that box because it’s too big. I’m like UPS usually takes this even at the other staples, worker goes well this is a third-party UPS, take it to UPS I said, but this is UPS can’t you take the big box?
