Excellent service has always been provided to me at the Staples in Vauxhall,NJ. No questions have ever gone unanswered nor has staff ever made me feel as if they had no time to provide their best of service. Everyone is very knowledgeable.

I have been going to this Staples now for about 10 years and they are an integral part of our small business. Even when printers break down or they are slammed they always come through . Look

This lady SHOULD NOT BE in customer service, very rude , doesn’t know how to speak to customers , she was so rude that her face says it all. Customers are obviously not very good at some services that staples rendered, it’s her job to educate, teach and makes customers needs as easy as it can get . I was looking for a tape , she immediately with a RUDE VOICE “ YES CAN I HELP YOU* then I did something I shouldn’t had done by applying two return labs in one package , what should she have done? Educate and tell me what I needed to do , to fix the error but she literally belittled me . I watched multiple customers ask her questions or spoke of their needs and she continues to make them look stupid, she is very non Polite , so rude , and worst customer service that should be attending to customers . She looks as stupid as she sounds. And to make it look bad , she spoke of my error to fellow staffs just to make me look stupid , yes , she need to be trained with basic customer etiquette, she lacks all it takes
