  2nd time I have gotten a notice of pickup mail at the post office only for the people there to say they don't know where it is even though it says I can pick it up from here.

  I had an extremely frustrating experience at this post office during what should have been a straightforward passport appointment for my infant. I arrived on time, only to be left waiting while multiple employees stood around loudly discussing personal matters. There was no sense of urgency or professionalism. When I was finally attended to, the employee was curt, dismissive, and unhelpful. According to the official website, this location provides passport photo services. However, I was told my appointment “did not include” a photo. When I asked if they could take one anyway—especially since the office was nearly empty—I was told the camera “wasn’t working.” Based on other reviews, it appears this camera hasn’t been working for quite some time. The only assistance I was given was to go to CVS or Walgreens. I was there with my 8-week-old baby, and the complete lack of consideration, professionalism, and basic customer service was unacceptable. This experience felt dismissive from start to finish, and it’s clear that helping customers was not a priority. I strongly suggest management address both staff conduct and the accuracy of the services listed online.

  Horrible service, went to this location today and denied service because my appointment was for 2:45 mind you there is a line I was waiting in and by the time I reached the counter it was 2:48, they said I’m 3 min late my time is gone, excuses and I hope manager is looking at my message and takes action, unacceptable. I hope someday god give that lady same treatment. Do not visit this location.

  Came here to submit my child’s first passport application. Had everything ready and waited in line (this was Wednesday @10:15 am). We did not set an appointment because last time we went they said they do walk-ins from 10-11 on Wednesdays. It’s 10:40 and they say they are not doing any more walk ins and they only accept 2 people. And the second person who was accepted to do their passport application came in AFTER us. We told them that he came after us but she just ignored it and rudely said “we are not doing any more applications”. Their website says from 10-11 not that they only accept 2 people. It was giving Lazy, arrogant, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Will not be coming back here.
