  I tried to get a money order for 100 dollars I gave two 50 dollar bills cash I was told their is a 3 dollar fee I went to my car to get a 20 bill I walked back to the register I gave him 120 dollars cash to process a money order the time was 9:30am on a Tuesday morning he told me he cannot process the transaction but cause he doesn't have cash in the building I was very confused because it makes no sense how they cannot take my cash and process my transaction you guys are the united states postal service shame on you for not being able to service me this was the employee who denied my request for a money order due to the building not having the funds to give me change back this is absolutely ridiculous

  A nice older man used to work here, he was so pleasant and easy. Now they’ve hired the worst employee I’ve ever come into contact with. USPS has some bad ones but this one takes the cake. She is absolutely miserable, hides in the back even when you call for assistance, throws your packages, I can go on and on. I’m just confused bc I don’t think anyone could be so desperate for employees that they’d hire someone like this. I avoid this PO now at all costs even though it’s the closest to me.

  I went to this post office on chestnut st to drop off a passport application renewal, the clerk Josemon was very nice and help me with the process of completing the application shipping address and money order. Thank you so much i appreciate.

  The young woman who works here is absolutely amazing. I am not very well versed in sending things and I recently started a small business and she helps me every single step of the way. She's always there and friendly. I often see her regular customers bringing her gifts and she seems to be universally loved by those who see her often. I can't say thank you enough to Danelle, she is always patient and helpful.

  It is true the lady that is there is very rude. Even to the point wearing flip flops to work. Very unprofessional. Told me to move before I even had a chance to. She unlocked the door and walked away. Would of killed her just open the door a bit as a friendly gesture? It's the little things that count. Ray is very friendly. Wish everyone there was a team player. Even muttering under her breath just could imagine what she was saying.
