- APAshley PerezMar 26, 20261.0Tried shipping an item March 26 at 11am. I asked Martha at the front desk for a label for my items first and she advised I had to box my items first. I did as instructed when I went back on line for my label the 10 lb box was $70 for ship ground to Chicago . I asked for a breakdown of the total and all she kept repeating is this is the price. So I asked to cancel it as it was too expensive. She said I still had to pay for the box and tape which I understand, but she refused to quote the label prior to boxing the items as requested forcing me to pack everything and use the supplies before knowing how much it was. When the entire time she could’ve given me the price had she quoted the label first like I asked. Her response was I should’ve known the price. Martha, gave the most terrible experience ever. Never using fed ex again if I can help it.

I was home. Packages don’t just change status like that. This is either incompetence or theft. I’m filing a formal complaint. Completely unacceptable. Want it even harsher or with less risk of pushback?
