Horrible experience trying to apply for passports for my infant twins. I chose this location because the website says they offer photo services, but when I arrived for my scheduled appointment I was told their camera was broken and we had to go offsite for photos. I asked if my appointment would be honored when we returned and was told it would. When I came back an hour later I was told passport services closed 10 minutes ago! The employee I spoke to was rude and condescending, accusing me of taking too long. I explained that I had to wait in line for photos at Walgreens and then wait for the photos to be processed and the only reason I was gone in the first place was because their website information was inaccurate! It should have been communicated to me that passport services was closing so soon, because my appointment was an hour long and I never would have made it in time regardless. She could not have cared less and acted like their total incompetence was somehow my fault. There were no apologies, no accountability, and no attempts to make things right. My husband took the day off work, we arranged for childcare for my older children, and dragged two 3 month old babies around town for absolutely no reason. I see older reviews that other people have had this exact experience. So photo services haven’t been offered for months (at least) and no attempts have been made to ensure people don’t waste their time showing up for services that don’t exist?! This place is a disgrace.

Most out of pocket lady. Had to wait for the employees to finish their chat for one of them to ask what we were here for. Extremely disrespectful when I tried explaining to her that walk ins for passport appointments end at 12 pm according to the website on Tuesday. She refused to take me although I had made an appointment and was only 8 min late. She got me so heated. I should've went elsewhere. If you love your peace and your blood pressure DO NOT come here.

Extremely slow and poorly organized.
Shipping a package here is a nightmare. First, you have to wait in line just to get an address sticker — which should obviously be available outside. Then you’re forced to wait in the same line again just to ship the package.
The staff move at a snail’s pace. Even with only three people ahead of you, expect to waste 15–20 minutes standing around. Completely inefficient and unprofessional.
