We did not set an appointment because last time we went they said they do walk-ins from 10-11 on Wednesdays. It’s 10:40 and they say they are not doing any more walk ins and they only accept 2 people. And the second person who was accepted to do their passport application came in AFTER us. We told them that he came after us but she just ignored it and rudely said “we are not doing any more applications”. Their website says from 10-11 not that they only accept 2 people. It was giving Lazy, arrogant, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Will not be coming back here.

When I got there clerk was hard to understand and then he ask for the photos and I told him I needed photo taken and had looked at this location since photo can be taken. He said camera wasn't working for a while and to go to Walgreens. Why would usps website have this option if its not working. Very unprofessional, couldn't understand the clerk and just a waste of my time.
