  Came to the ups store today to pick up an item that I had shipped. The Asian guy manager came to the counter with an attitude would not listen and was very rude. I will never get anything shipped to this location again. He needs to be fired it's too many complaints on him that I'm reading on this guy. You guys have him as a manager which is disappointing he has too many complaints. To tell you the truth if I were younger in my younger days he would have had a problem but I kept it professional. My next step is to call the better Business bureau it seems like you guys are not doing anything about this guy's attitude. He should not be a manager.

  Good morning I'm a bit disappointed with this location. I went to make a copy they changed a dollar for one copy , I said to the girl you charge dollar for one copy shock lol she said yep, I didn't bother to ask how much since I only pay 15 cents at the other locations. Lesson learned never again will I go to this location.

  Why have a phone number listed when no one answers the phone? I've called repeatedly only to receive a voicemail message telling me to call somewhere else? Yet not giving me the number of where to actually call? Glad I didn't waste my time and decided to ship my package with another company.. Update; Why would I email you? Wouldn't that be another complete waste of my time? I'm an area ops manager and how you're handling this is exactly why I coach my site managers to be better than an AI reply that serves to change nothing. If you cared about your business at all, you'd reach out to customers, find out what went wrong, and fix it/ make it right. But then again common sense isn't common...

  This is my first-ever review in my life, and I really felt like this should be my first. The guy working at the UPS store was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, his attitude was dismissive, and he acted like helping me was a bother. He spoke in a harsh tone and seemed completely uninterested in providing any customer service. Instead of explaining things clearly, he was short-tempered and impatient, and would talk over me, making the whole experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Even though it might’ve been something he couldn’t help me with, workers should always be patient and well-spoken with customers, no matter the situation. I’m always a very patient person and love to be good to others, so when I come into situations like this, it’s very upsetting!
