- NKNadia KovacsFeb 3, 20221.0The lady working there Rita is super rude. She never wants to do her job, and screams at customers. I was there to drop off some packages, and she refused to give me the proof of dropoff, she said it is not her job to do it, and that I don't have to hold the line and that the fact that she scanned the packages is enough proof. She screamed at me, and told me she would never do it again, and to stop wasting her time. USPS, you can do way better, there are many nice people who would appreciate the job, and actually have better customer service skills. Save yourself from dealing with this lady, and go to the usps on 6th st and jfk, the lady there (Esther) is the nicest person ever.
