- LFLedianis FernándezSep 17, 20251.0I went to the post office to change my mail the person who attended me today a lady her name is Yessica that since we entered the mail told us that she did not speak Spanish ok she is respected we spoke to her in English and even so she continued to treat us badly we gave her the phone to scan the barcode and she practically threw the phone at us she treated us with a very bad character in the end we could not solve anything of what we were going to do and she never looked us in the face she was with her phone very comfortable as if she were at home
