Great service. Joshua helped me track down a package that didn’t get delivered. Very helpful and professional. I didn’t catch his colleague’s name but she was also very kind.

Today my husband and I took our 3 daughters, one 6 years old and 2 3-year-old twins, to the office on 30th St. in Union City. In NJ, to get our daughters' passports for the first time, we went with a pre-scheduled online appointment. When we arrived, they made us wait in a separate corner from the line of customers who were supposedly doing other paperwork. We kept asking if we had to wait there or if we should join the line, because we noticed two other customers who seemed to be doing passport-related paperwork. But the woman at the register kept insisting we had to wait there until they called us. It was a horrible wait because one of the twins is autistic and finds it so difficult to wait. The girl became desperate, and we were extremely upset because our appointment was supposed to be at 12:15, and we were almost an hour in. Finally, when they attended to us, they told me they weren't taking photos. I had requested the photo service right there, and then they told me they didn't have the service because they didn't have enough staff. In short, we wasted the day; we couldn't get the girls' passports. The service is terrible, and the place is completely run-down, covered in dust, and they don't clean it. The place and the workers are truly awful.
