- NMNurah MuhammadMar 22, 20265.0MATT!!!! My family and I want to acknowledge Matt who works in the print service area. Unfortunately my family experienced three losses in 9 months. Each time we used this Staples print services for the funeral program and other materials and fortunately we had Matt as our customer service representative each time. He is extremely helpful, compassionate and professional. He is very personable and helps put one at ease in the most confusing and difficult times of life. In fact, after our third loss and subsequent visit for print services both he and my Aunt recognized each other and he expressed his condolences immediately. He said let me take a look to see how I can help. Such a relief. Matt just makes things easier. He exemplifies great customer service and is the sort of front end person any business should want meeting customers. This was an easy review to write except for the challenge of brevity because there are so many great things to say about Matt.
