Justin and William made the process smooth and stress free, and I could tell they take pride in their work. Employees like them make all the difference, and I hope their efforts are recognized. Highly recommend FedEx because of outstanding team members like Justin and William.

I asked if the 4pm time for ground had changed and was told the pick up time is up to the driver. If that’s the case don’t post a time then.
