This post office services my area. I schedule a pickup, and on the off chance they actually come, they take a look at the packages, and leave. I told the guy the packages were right there and he just left. Then I get an email saying your pickup has been complete. Bafoonery.

I've never had an issue, bar rude patrons that make the experience unpleasant. Thank you to the staff!

Genuinely the worst customer service experience, because it’s non-existent. They don’t answer their phone at all. I’ve been waiting for a package to be delivered and it just says they tried to deliver and that’s it. They have been holding my package for 2 weeks and I still can’t even get in contact with them.

If I could give them a negative number for their review I would. Pretty much everything I ship which is packed securely with lots of packing material ends up broken. Also, the services they are supposed to provide like free carrier pick up is useless when you sign up for it and your carrier fails to take the package. This happens three out of four times on average. To complain about this you get telephone numbers to lines they don't pick up and if you call the main number it is over an hour wait at minimum to make a complaint. I must give credit to the "main USPS NUMBER" in that after waiting over an hour to make my complaint they actually do take your information and act upon it. They also keep a log of your complaints so I highly recommend calling the main line and waiting it out. They need to know what is going on and take action on the staff that is responsible for such poor service and package care.
