I told the guy the packages were right there and he just left. Then I get an email saying your pickup has been complete. Bafoonery.

Absolutely terrible. I'm usually met with an attitude as if I'm inconveniencing them by being there. I feel bad for the workers who are trying to do their job.

Expect a cue very similar to Great Adventure except when you finally end up at the head of this line, you just want to punch someone…. I would tell you to run to any other postal office facility, but these people would probably love that because then they don’t have to work at all!
