I see why this place has such low ratings. I went in today right before they closed 4:17pm. I get off work late so I was just making it. I had a very large package to send out. This was my 1st time sending out a package so I wasn't sure what to do. As soon as the lady at the front saw me walk in she immediately started to rush me like do have tape? you need full out something and eye gestures me to the back. I found lables and also started taping up my huge package. She then starts yelling you have 7 minutes to get in line. I'm literally in the back struggling trying tape up this huge box and of course the tape starts to tangled up. Then she yelled people in the back, you have 1 minute and I'm closing my register . I don't understand. Yes, you close at 4:30 but I'm not coming in the door, I'm already in the store so what's the rush? Needless to say, I didn't mail this huge box. I just left the PO and unfortunately I'll have to come back. I think that was extremely rude! I got such anxiety from this woman count down and continuously threatening to close the register. I didn't wanna mess up the lables. So I just left. They need better customers service for sure! Have some patience!!! I've worked in retail before and the amount of times of times I've had to stay pass closing just make sure customer's got what they needed. Such unprofessional customer care and I hate that have to go back one day soon.

This post office is an absolute joke. Walked in to ship a small package and the girl behind the counter was glued to her phone, completely ignoring me while I stood there alone in line. When she finally dragged herself to acknowledge me, I asked for a smaller box. She brought me one even bigger than the one I already had, sat back down, and immediately buried herself back in her phone. When I told her it was too big? Silence. When I asked if there were any other options? Silence. She didn’t even look up, just kept scrolling like customers are an inconvenience to her. If staring at your phone all day is your only skill, maybe don’t work in customer service. The laziness and attitude here are disgusting. Save yourself the frustration and go to literally any other post office.
