I called to notify I received a package at my address and it didn't belong to me. The employee Benitez, told me I had to bring the package back, and paid to be send to the correct address, I told her it was sent to my address, she kept screaming and not understanding I didn't have an address to forward the package. We ended up screaming at each other after she suggested I might have stolen something and I told her I waited an 1hr and 35 minutes for a phone to get answered so I could make the report. This was after she yelled at me because she called my phone 3 times and I didn't answer. She didn't know I was giving the agency a good review over the phone when she was calling.
So many good federal employees were let go, and they kept the crap at this post office.

The older gentleman who works here has been rude on several occasions...he makes personal comments to customers that are inappropriate. On one occasion, I asked to borrow a piece of tape and he refused the tape that was on the counter in front of him. He told me that I would have to buy a roll of tape. In general, he is very unhelpful and unprofessional. Even though this is my local post office, I go out of my way to use other post offices.
