She carefully went through each card to ensure everything was perfect, and to my amazement, the entire project was completed well before 24 hours. Diandra’s professionalism and attention to detail make her an absolute standout. Whether you have a large-scale project or something smaller, she is the person you want handling it. I went back in the next day to fix this problem, which took a while to rectify. Afterwards, I wandered around the store to purchase products and when I got to the front no one was open to helping me check out. Everyone had very unhappy faces and were just genuinely upset to be working. You could see it from all the staff’s demeanor and lack of willingness to help. I am not sure if this is a reflection of management, but doing your job and doing it well and assisting customers is important. Twice I have entered this store in a two day span and received bad service.
