I heard the other worker, a woman, helping some other patrons and she sounded helpful and kind as well. I was very satisfied with my service today. Unfortunately, the office seems understaffed. The two employees at the counter were diligently at work, yet the line never seemed to end. Perhaps another body can help with efficiency. Overall it was not a bad experience like trips to USPS can sometimes be!
