  I had an excellent experience at the UPS Store, and I especially want to recognize Breana for her truly outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to help me with what I needed, and she did it with genuine kindness, patience, and professionalism. Breana made the whole experience smooth and pleasant, and her positive attitude really stood out. The UPS Store is lucky to have someone like her on the team.   The service is really slow. Additionally, the self ship machines don't work, it always says to see an associate. I'll start going to the location in brick from now on.

  Talk about shady and overpriced! All packing items sold are double even usps prices, which is crazy. They tried to charge me $7 for a box, for a delicate item, without any bubblewrap….zero common sense for safe shipping; then guy claims it would cost $23 instead. A piece of bubble wrap isnt $17 and after i said ill just package everything myself elsewhere, he then said only $5 extra…..scammers; plastic and cardboard are made for 1cent in a factory smh.
