    Upd.: First of all, when my friend (the sender) came to your store to find out where the package was, you asked her to wait while you helped other customers. She is also a customer, and she was there first. She should have been helped before the others. It doesn’t matter if the shipment cost $51 or $37 what matters is that she paid, and on November 15 she clearly stated that the letter must be delivered to me no later than Tuesday, November 18. When we called the UPS supervisor today to ask why the package hadn’t even been shipped, he couldn’t find it and told us the sender must go back to your store because the package is still there and was never even scanned. That is why she had to come back to you again. And please don’t act like doing the notarization again “for free” was a favor. That is the minimum you should do after losing an important document that I was supposed to receive on Tuesday and still didn’t. Because of this situation, we lost the document, time, money, and a lot of nerves all because you didn’t process the shipment properly in the first place. They LOST my important documents! They charged $51 for one piece of paper and were supposed to send this document overnight, but they LOST my important document!

    Absolutely horrible. Wanted to charge me $72.00 to overnight 4 pieces of paper to California. This wasn't a 72 pound box! This was 4 - 8x11 pieces of paper in a Manila envelope. Other option for $17,00 would have gotten to California in 2 weeks. Ridiculous. I went to Silver bay Pharmacy and they charged me $13.00 to be delivered in 3 days. UPS is only good for returning products with free return labels. Out of control!
