After only making a couple copies, the entire $30 balance was gone. Even the associate behind the desk said that shouldn’t be possible and had no explanation. The card shows $0, yet I clearly did not receive $30 worth of copies. We’re now trying to get a refund because the machine malfunctioned and the money is missing. Pretty disappointing experience for a place that’s supposed to be a professional copy center.”
