I still have to bring them back to the store. This is unfair marketing and age discrimination. My wife doesn't use the computer and the Staples rewards account is in her name.

Has 20 workers walking around the store aimlessly doing nothing, yet can’t seem to open another register for Amazon/UPS returns (which populates half of the customers in the store). They’d rather have their workers playing with paper and slugging around than actually getting their customers in and out. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR RETURNS, Kohl’s is across the street and has 100x better customer service!!!!!!
