- MCMa Elena Chang2 days ago4.0The truth is that I have had to go to this store for Amazon returns, and they have taken care of me very well, the other week I went to return some packages and the return line was huge, and there was a man only attending to all the people, who behaved very well and understood that it was not the employee's fault, the truth is that he was the only person and they understood several times he asked for help for his department and no one came to help, I think the gentleman had some initials in his uniform that was JD, this gentleman was very attentive and respectful with all the people who had to wait patiently for his turn, and we were always attended by this gentleman so kind and professional, oh excuse me, just a suggestion, the computers are very dirty and full of dust, which gives a neglected appearance to the store, thank you!

GET THIS POOR WOMAN SOME HELP! She was super polite and patient ,there were atleast 4 other employees i counted that may work in other areas but they all had coworkers in same area . Busiest spot in the building and 1 worker make it make sense ...
