- JCJen CookMar 23, 20232.0I have had positive experiences here before but today the woman at the desk was so rude to me when my package was in the wrong box. She seemed completely uninterested in helping me figure it out, told me I couldn’t use a flat rate box, and told me I would need to leave and go and put it in a plain box. I tried to show her the label where it said I could use a flat rate box and she told me no again. So, I left. And went to the Yardley post office where they helped me fix it, including taking the label off for me and helping me pack it in the correct (a flat rate) box. They even taped it up for me. So if you want kindness and good service, maybe skip this one and go to Main Street in Yardley.

They try their best to solve problems that they didn’t create, troubleshoot and investigate. I’ve seen the clerk try her best to satisfy the “difficult” customers too. The staff in Titusville is top tier! They care.
