I would especially like to mention two employees, some of the best I have ever met. Peter - super service-oriented, with great knowledge, offered creative options and solutions for every requirement, question and request. He went above and beyond to give us the most professional and fastest service within the tight schedules we were on. He was patient and amazing. Michael - service-oriented and patient, remarkably pleasant and highly resourceful. Assisted us with a huge amount of deliveries within and outside the US that took over two and a half hours in a row during which he remained courteous, pleasant, professional, organized, and proactive in providing solutions and doing everything to take care of us. I haven't encountered such amazing service in a long time. Employees who take their jobs seriously and respect every customer and provide service that is simply exceptional. I have no doubt this will be my go-to UPS branch from now on thanks to the superb service and employees like this.
