The red haired lady was literally on the phone with her bank for god knows what while servicing me and has the audacity to tell me to “Hold on I’m disputing a charge” while I am literally in front of her. I was left stunned honestly. Meanwhile there is an entire line behind me. Do these people know they are here to work?!?

- VWVerne WillisDec 6, 20161.0The person who answers the phone is beyond rude. Be prepared to be spoken to in such a rude manner your head will spin. I called there because I was home waiting on a package I've been tracking online. I was surprised to see delivered at 2.10 when indeed no carrier delivered the package. I had to have Macys resend by UPS. Next time I collected myself. Called various times with promises for a return call. Still waiting. Now we are only getting mails twice per week and 7pm on Saturdays. They DONT CARE. Now it's time to get our members of Congress involved. Hope they care more than the staff there. Some are ok, its the rude and obnoxious woman who answers the phone.
