Even though UPS was about twice as expensive as the post office, they took the time to compare prices with other carriers and explain our options clearly. Because of their friendliness and professionalism, we felt it was safer and more convenient to choose UPS, so we decided to ship our documents with them. Without the staff’s help, the process would have been stressful and confusing, but thanks to their accurate guidance and kindness, choosing UPS became the obvious decision.
