- NCNadine CasellaFeb 23, 20261.0I’d give it zero!!!! 11:26 am and the roads are dry and everything is clear. I was there yesterday on Sun and they were filled with mail in the back! Today is Monday Feb 23 and CLOSED today for a little snow storm. Useless.
- MMmwayoeFeb 3, 20261.0If this post office is your only choice, you must have the patience of a saint! A particular cashier is very limited in knowledge of services and cannot answer questions even though she’s been there for years. She also made a name error on my mailer and said it doesn’t matter-they’re going to look at what I wrote instead of what she typed. Also, management hides in the back and pretends they can’t hear what’s going on in the front. One customer hollered, “I need help” to the back because she needed a manager and then a manager came up. The service is terrible! The whole staff should be thrown out replaced with people who actually care about customer service and have enough knowledge to work the front without telling the customers it doesn’t matter.

Never had that experience until today also he told me, he is just a new person, however he open my account there a year ago! Try a better excuse just say if you look latina they wanna check if u legal here… what a terrible selective process u guys have here. Its disgusting having their individual discrimination be acceptable!

I had a single letter I needed to mail that didn't need to leave Swedesboro and they didn't let me know there was an issue with the address till far too late and I received it returned at my home address weeks later. I will never ever use them for anything important again!!!
