This usps is the worst one I've ever been to. I've lived here all my life and it's the same horrible woman that's been there forever and I have no idea with all these reviews and even pictures of her that she can still be allowed to work here. She never wants to do any work. She makes everything completely impossible or difficult. She's pure lazy and nasty and it's miserable. There's so many reviews about her specifically and yet she still works there. Let alone this postal office makes up their own hours. They leave early. They're always closed when Google states different hours. They're open for like 4 hours on Saturdays. They close early during the week.

Each and every time I go into this post office I am sorry I did. Not one employee is civil let alone friendly. Today I received a nod of a head as an invitation to step up to the counter. The male worker was obviously miserable and barely spoke. He Took my envelope, placed it on the scale, and then walked away without even saying a word. He returned a few minutes later, again, after saying, nothing, and applied my postage. When I was done with my transaction was leaving I smiled and told him to have a good day. He said not one word back. Some people are slow learners and maybe that’s me but I’m not going back into that particular location again

As someone else in a previous review mentioned, I've encountered the same issue with a post office clerk/supervisor woman who works there and always finds something to complain about with packages. I know exactly who she is referring to and that woman's name. She is very rude and swears she owns the place. I've mailed many packages before from different post offices and have never dealt with these shenanigans from anyone else. I've recently ran into an issue with the tracking of two packages out of several I dropped off. These packages are being held captive at the post office and I'm positively sure that it is this woman who has done so since its not up to par with her. Well if these packages get lost the USPS better dock it out of HER paycheck and hold her accountable because that is straight up shady and unprofessional. Oh and fyi, that post office clerk's name is Cathy, just incase anyone wants to file a complaint.
