  I like this store a lot. The employees are pleasant whether younger or older. I’ve never had any issues with packages going missing or anything like that. My issue with this store is the early closing hours on Saturday’s and the full day closings on Sunday’s. I got there at like 2:58pm one time like a few weeks ago. 2:58pm is not 3:00pm. But of course, by the time I arrived, along with others, the door was locked. The employees were doing whatever they were doing. The Millburn store is open until 5pm on Saturday’s and open for several hours on Sunday’s. Why is this store so different? Yes, I know it’s most likely a franchise but I’m still just saying.

  I love our UPS store here in Summit. They are amazing, friendly and helpful making it easy to ship as well as print signs. Supplies are so appreciated as well.

  I have been a customer for over 40 years. For the last 14 I have had a UPS PMB box for all my mail needs over the years. I will continue using all your services.

  Dear Manager, I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received at your UPS store. As a local customer, I value the convenience of your store and its role in supporting our community. However, my recent experience fell short of the welcoming and helpful service I expected. I visited your store to purchase a box, priced at approximately $5.60, with the intention of packing my shoes myself to save on costs. I asked the employee for a small piece of tape to seal the bottom of the box so I could safely transport it to my workplace. Unfortunately, the employee responded with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude, stating, “This is the same as us packing it for you,” This interaction left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I understand that the store operates to generate revenue, but a small gesture, such as providing a piece of tape, would have gone a long way in fostering goodwill and supporting a neighborly experience. I kindly request that you address this matter with your staff to ensure future customers receive courteous and accommodating service.
