- KEKyle EverageOct 9, 20253.0I like this store a lot. The employees are pleasant whether younger or older. I’ve never had any issues with packages going missing or anything like that. My issue with this store is the early closing hours on Saturday’s and the full day closings on Sunday’s. I got there at like 2:58pm one time like a few weeks ago. 2:58pm is not 3:00pm. But of course, by the time I arrived, along with others, the door was locked. The employees were doing whatever they were doing. The Millburn store is open until 5pm on Saturday’s and open for several hours on Sunday’s. Why is this store so different? Yes, I know it’s most likely a franchise but I’m still just saying.

- JLJason LambertJun 29, 20132.0Horrible go anywhere else. I moved my business to NJ and use them for a business address and the service has been horrible on every level. They would refuse packages sent to the box if the name was not 100% correct, they left packages outside in the rain that where large because they didn't want to move them in with no one watching. Also they refuse to take packages over $500 to ship, said there insurance didn't cover it. Also supper tuff to park and the cops will write you a ticket in 1 min there. I switched to another UPS store much better I have not had an issue and they do everything that store did not without question.
