    Laurel in the print department is simply amazing. She is so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and kind. She helped me with printing a sign for my business. I am so impressed with her level of customer service. Thank you, Laurel! The world needs more people like you!

    Scott is a phenomenal manager but Julie must be terminated. I called corporate and put a formal complaint in her personal file for discriminating against me at the print center. Shameful conduct. She’s not only a nasty person, she’s a liability to the company by picking and choosing who is allowed service at the store

    I used to love coming here to pick up my printed post cards for my nursery. That time, however, I was informed that I need to talk to the manager because he wanted to tell me all about their services. Since there is now a new requirement that I need to go through a sales pitch just to pick up my large order, I will no longer be coming back. I think Staples forgot that it is about convenience, not about shoving sales down people’s throats. Too bad, because that large order that I was picking up? That only covers a week worth of sales for us.

    Carlo’s was extremely helpful and patient with my Amazon return! I missed a few screws and he was able to find me a tool to remove the rest. Unlike his coworker Alison who publicly scolded me and said they’re closing. Meanwhile I asked a what time do they close and not until 8:00 pm. I was there just about an hour before closing. Allison should work on her customer service! THANK YOU CARLOS For your kindness that is why I provided 5 stars! If I could rate Allison I would give her zero starts!

    Laurel in the print shop is so kind and most importantly very competent. She helped me multiple times with important print orders for my wedding and I cannot overstate how helpful she was. In fact, she was able help with an order that another associate refused to help me with earlier in the day. Train all your staff to be like Laurel, she's amazing!
