- JMJacqueline MarquesJun 20, 20251.0I'm very disappointed with the service provided at this office for my child's passport appointment. I arrived early for my appointment and was told that I was missing a document. I had to urge the staff member to allow me to go home to get it without canceling my appointment. I assured her I would be back in time. The staff member stated that they are booked back to back every 15min so she would need to cancel it if I'm not back by my appointment time. Yet, they were still helping another customer and technically couldn't/shouldn't have assisted me, meaning I still had time. I was given the wrong information so I couldn't complete it anyway. I didn't even dare to ask for additional time to get the correct document since the staff member made such a hassle before. She just said to make another appointment even though I told her that they didn't have appointments prior to our trip available. Very inconsiderate staff and management. I have never been so upset. I'll be taking my service to the local library from now on.

I visited the post office with the understanding that walk-ins were accepted for passport renewals, based on information I received from a phone call to your office. Upon arrival, I was informed that this information was incorrect and that appointments are required. The staff showed no consideration for the fact that I had taken a day off and disrupted my children's schedules based on the information provided by the post office. I found the staff to be rude and unsympathetic. I cannot recommend this location for passport services.
