  Just when I thought the days of above-and-beyond customer service were never to be seen again, I found my mind blown away by Laurel at the print shop. I didn't really know the details of what I wanted and I had all sorts of jobs to do. With all of my questions, all of the other people around and a busy evening, Laurel remained steadfast, kind, attentive, and incredibly patient. Most impressive! She made what could have easily been a mediocre, or even poor experience, a true pleasure. Thank you Laurel you are the best!

  Well I’ll be organized and alphabetized… I moseyed on into Staples the other day, and I gotta say — that place is the Disneyland of office supplies. Now I ain’t been excited about paper since third grade, but buddy… them aisles had me feelin’ things. Pens smoother than gravy on mashed taters. Notebooks so crisp I almost started journalin’ about my feelings (don’t worry, I fought it off). I went in for printer ink — just ink — and walked out with ink, three kinds of highlighters, a planner that suggests I have my life together, and a chair so comfortable I considered movin’ my whole operation in there. And don’t get me started on the copy center. Them folks printed my papers straighter than a fence post in Sunday clothes. Quick, friendly, and didn’t even blink when I asked how to “make the letters darker but not angrier.” Store was clean, organized, and smelled faintly of productivity. Five stars. If I ever decide to run for mayor or start a small empire, I’m gettin’ my supplies from Staples.

  Like most Staples stores, they do sell Staples. They have a wide variety of office supplies and even have a closeout section that you could find some great bargains at. I think the only thing that I have an issue with is their inventory is not always that great. Further, they can scatter certain items throughout the store like packaging tape. You would think that they would put at least some with the rest of the tape but unfortunately it was on an aisle end cap which makes it hard to find.

  I was there to return an Amazon package. I was hoping it would be less busy as Kohl's because of the new drop spot. It was very busy. My problem was They messed up my return. So I still haven't got my refund. Update: I received my refund3 weeks later
