    Used to live in the area and a friend of mine accidentally sent a package to my old address. Postmaster Andrew at Stratford USPS were very friendly and helpful on the phone, immediately acted to call the carrier who was out to go check and retrieve it, so I could pick it up at the post office the next day. So thankful, because I would not have been able to replace this package.

    I was waiting for a package that I had purchased from eBay and USPS had messed up the delivery. They had delivered it to the wrong address claiming it has been delivered to the right address but when I had went all the way up there to tell them that I didn’t receive my package. They said one of their mail carrier who were new didn’t know what they were doing so they messed up the delivery and delivered it to the wrong address which they admitted so now they gotta send someone out to try and retrieve it but they never contacted me back after a few days when I went there. If you order anything from online, my best bet is to go pick it up from the store because you can’t really trust postal service with delivering your stuff either. Very disappointing because I’m fighting trying to get my money back all because they had screwed up the delivery, never again. If I’m gonna buy something online. I need to make sure they’re not delivering it.
