- AHAntonio HNov 22, 20251.0I was waiting for a package that I had purchased from eBay and USPS had messed up the delivery. They had delivered it to the wrong address claiming it has been delivered to the right address but when I had went all the way up there to tell them that I didn’t receive my package. They said one of their mail carrier who were new didn’t know what they were doing so they messed up the delivery and delivered it to the wrong address which they admitted so now they gotta send someone out to try and retrieve it but they never contacted me back after a few days when I went there. If you order anything from online, my best bet is to go pick it up from the store because you can’t really trust postal service with delivering your stuff either. Very disappointing because I’m fighting trying to get my money back all because they had screwed up the delivery, never again. If I’m gonna buy something online. I need to make sure they’re not delivering it.

I was assured after I paid for postage that they would mail it., even asked to put it in mailbox myself and was assured they'd handle it. Now the letter is late and past what it was needed for. Friendly, but obviously lost my mail. 🙄

I would GLADLY accept a job at the federal postal service or the state run motor vehicle office and do it with a freaking smile knowing the benefits I’m receiving! As for my experience here...Sent business mail, nothing exciting. Interaction was meh. Not rude, but not pleasant either.
- ALAshley LearyJan 10, 20171.0new delivery driver exhibited pure laziness by placing boxes behind gate WITH my dogs! (Common sense?) have called multiple times over the 7 yrs I've lived here to advise them that this is unacceptable. Because when my usual mailman was on vaca the fill ins would do this often. Just called to advise them that my dog got into $300 of packages yesterday, not only is the lost retail an issue, but my dog's well being should matter as well!! When I called and asked who to report a problem to, the young gentleman on the phone said "how can I help you." Told him the issue even though I found it odd I wasn't transferred to a manager or supervisor and his response was rude and RUSHED. "Well where do you want the packages?" I will be calling back and asking for a supervisor. No wonder more and more ppl are using UPS/Fed Ex. Thank goodness for the Somerdale location bc the ppl who work there are friendly. Shame my mail has to leave from this facility they can care less about the receiptients or its customers
