I asked about a package that I could pick up and they told me that it’s probably buried under a pile and nobody feels like wasting their time or make enough money to look for my package. I told him that it was very disheartening that they don’t care and they hung up on me. The postal system is horrendous.

I take great pride in my job and treat all customers with respect. I would also never turn down the opportunity to assist a business in our town.
