- CLCynthia LewisNov 25, 20251.0I had a horrible experience when I first into the store the associate was giving me such a hard time, but after we got through that, she took my order. I came back the next day when she told me to pick up my order after the time she told me and my order still was not ready so I had to come back the next day which one I got back the next day my order was not right and I have no choice but to purchase the $83.17 enlargement because I had to meet a deadline I was told by the associate to take it as is or leave it Very unprofessional no customer service at all. I hope someone take care of this issue so that the next person will not have to go through the same issues that I went through and this was the Staples in Springfield, New Jersey Rte. 22 East.
