- BBBenJul 30, 20251.0Booked a passport appointment 3 weeks in advance, took time off from work. We come for the appointment the lady that handles passports decided to take a break and wasnt there. We waited over 20 minutes , no one showed up. No apologies nothing , no one cares. I hope usps gets privatized and they hire less unprofessional and apathetic front desk employees at this location.
- CMCyn MunJul 23, 20251.0The woman dealing with the passport today was very rude, would get defensive whenever we answered a question she asked us, & denied us help because she was becoming defensive. When I got home I checked out all my paperwork to make sure she gave us everything back, I noticed she gave us a sheet with other customers personal information on it - which of course I shredded. But I hope she realized she messed up in giving me that & gets in trouble for being rude.

Service was excellent all around. Huge difference from most post offices I've visited. Kudos to those ladies.
- IBIdris BhattiMay 15, 20211.0Please dont do any business here, I had a appointment booked to renew my kids passports and they call me an hour before my appointment saying, “sorry the clerk called out, go online book another appointment”. Like, do you know how difficult it is to find an appoint because of the PANDEMIC? They didn't even want to help me get another appointment nor help me resolve the issue. Like I get it someone called out but at least have the decency to help me out here, its for my kids! USPS needs to do a better job, training their staff on how to handle issues that come across! Not say go f yourself! NEVER AGAIN
