    Staples still “makes it easy.” Quality item, quick pickup. Associates had everything ready, quick checked and loan me a delivery cart (bulk item). I did much research and consideration into the choice of a WFH Desk. In the end Staples answered my need. Quality, Quality, Quality.

    Terrible customer service at the print shop not one both two employees trying to get help both dismissed and gave me attitude clearly they don’t like their job told me to go to fedex and I did thanks for nothing

    They have what I need when I need it. Floor person also encouraged me to get the app to save even more. Cashier was pleasant and fast. A very good experience.

    Terrible customer service. The employee at the Print Center smelled like weed, showed no interest in helping me, and walked off without returning—leaving me and another customer unattended. I ended up helping the other customer myself because it was a simple print job. When I finally spoke to the manager Rommel, he dismissed my request and claimed a job I’ve had done there before was “impossible.” Completely unprofessional experience from start to finish. I won’t be returning.
