    Amanda the sales associate was so very helpful. Store was clean, inviting and organized. Sales associates were ready to help customers and help me find what I needed. I will be back. :)

    Route 22 Springfield locations prices are much higher than their competitors. I went in store to purchase an ink cartridge for my hp printer but was met with a $109.99 price tag, when I usually pay $83+ elsewhere. I purchased the color ink only instead but I will not patronize this location anymore.

    Went there to have a pic resize to a poster size and then print. Girl said they don’t do that , I have to resize it myself or go to the website lol So I went to stapes watchung, paid them $30 to do that for me. Soon this store will close due to employees who refuse to work.

    Amaya in the printing center is a star! Honestly I was feeling so deflated as I was turned away from a flight to Dubai and she helped me print the documents, and sat talking to me as I explained my frustration! She was such a pleasure and even went over my passport application . Thank you so much ! I also got my passport photo here and that guy was amazing too . I didn’t catch his name but when I asked how it came out he replied perfect, you’re perfect ( young guy with curly black hair) thank you ! Everyone was helpful and kind!
