This isn't the first time they have done this. If the tenant that is downstairs parks where she does they seem to think it's to dangerous to deliver the mail. These drivers are lazy and just want to do minimum for the amazing pay and benefits I know they get. Sparta is one of the worst I've witnessed with this. I'm in Lafayette and any excuse to not do the job that they have they will take. A disgrace.

So then I try to schedule redelivery for today and it still didn’t come. The rude postmaster claims I needed to reschedule which I have email confirmation of doing so, so again no you are lying. Then to make it worse had the nerve to tell me he can’t bring it to me today, three days late because it would cost his branch in overtime. Like I’m supposed to care? You messed up you fix it and you suffer the consequences not me the consumer! Especially when I have hard evidence that you did not follow protocol and redeliver when I have confirmation of scheduling it. Absolutely livid. Made formal complaint. Shame on you. I have also filed a complaint for this branch to be investigated by the inspector general. I believe they are trying to steal valueable packages by messing with the tracking numbers as what happened to mine, then claiming they could not be delivered or lost. You messed w the wrong girl. I am not some local slub who lets it go, I will research every single avenue to ensure you are held accountable for this. How dare you.
