Long lines are expected as it's the peak of busy season and I can imagine it's extremely stressful for the employees. Despite that, they always greet you with a smile and an exchange of pleasantries, which is so rare these days. I was there a couple of nights ago, it was near closing time and Lisa helped me with a package return that I completely botched. I truly appreciated how kind, helpful, and patient she was with me.
