  This is a ridiculous UPS as I got here before 4 o’clock a good 10 minutes before and they closed the door and would not let anyone in. I will never go to this UPS store ever again. The Jefferson one is so much better.

  I've had to go to the UPS Store in Sparta at least a dozen times since the holiday season. Long lines are expected as it's the peak of busy season and I can imagine it's extremely stressful for the employees. Despite that, they always greet you with a smile and an exchange of pleasantries, which is so rare these days. I was there a couple of nights ago, it was near closing time and Lisa helped me with a package return that I completely botched. I truly appreciated how kind, helpful, and patient she was with me.

  Excellent customer service, very accommodating towards their guest and are willing to help in many positive ways. One of the female employees went above and beyond in order to help make my return possible and provided me with materials that I had unfortunately not been prepared with.

  Very disappointing experience. This UPS Store has terrible service and inefficient operations. There isn’t a single self-service or automatic scanner for already-labeled packages, which is basic functionality you’d expect. As a result, customers with prepaid, ready-to-drop-off packages are forced to wait in extremely long lines, while staff spend most of their time packaging return items for other customers. Simple drop-offs should take seconds, not 20–30 minutes. The lack of workflow separation shows very poor management and no respect for customers’ time. Unless you have no alternative, I’d recommend avoiding this location.

  I have to say I just left this place an not sure who’s running things but it’s a disaster by far. There’s is the longest line filled with people who have labels printed on boxes among other who have random Amazon items without labels. Instead of having things run smoothly by getting rid of the people wit labels which take literally 10 secs. They decide everyone waits in line which causes a long line plus longer wait times and people waiting outside the store. Then they say you can leave your boxes that are labeled on the floor next to register and when it dies down they will scan but you won’t get a receipt. Awful . Then when it was my turn after a long wait she decided to scan all the labels of the pile of boxes next to her. This doesn’t make sense at all. They need someone to take care of the quickest customers and move on…. Come on ups Sparta it’s literal common sense !
