- MMMisaJan 27, 20261.0I am a regular customer, but today I was refused service for saying I am shipping a lighter despite having the proper hazmat label and selecting ground-only shipping. Customers should not be refused service without staff being fully aware of company policies. An attitude was also unnecessary. After your coworker corrected you and I explained that lighters can be shipped with the proper labels, I was eventually allowed to ship my item. Please work on customer service skills and ensure employees are informed of their own policies, as this experience was very disappointing.

And I showed the usps QR code to her, asked her print a label for my package. She refused to take my package. And finding a parking spot near it, is a challenge.
