    I am a regular customer, but today I was refused service for saying I am shipping a lighter despite having the proper hazmat label and selecting ground-only shipping. Customers should not be refused service without staff being fully aware of company policies. An attitude was also unnecessary. After your coworker corrected you and I explained that lighters can be shipped with the proper labels, I was eventually allowed to ship my item. Please work on customer service skills and ensure employees are informed of their own policies, as this experience was very disappointing.

    As the bad weather(yesterday), I went to this location 15 minutes before they close. As in hurry, not time to print the label for my package at home myself. And I showed the usps QR code to her, asked her print a label for my package. She refused to take my package. And finding a parking spot near it, is a challenge.

    Horrible customer service here, these people couldn’t care less about what they do and have no sense of pride in their work. Just pay the extra fee dollars and head over to FedEx on Rt 18 south in east brunswick

    I made a very important purchase on Aug. 26th of this year, it shipped out on Aug.27th…it then began the most absurd journey, bouncing from location to location within the USPS network…back and forth, but not making its way to my door. I tried calling, submitting a lost package claim, but no matter what I did I simply could not get anyone or any website tools to provide me assistance with getting a resolution and having the shipment delivered to my address. I than created an entirely random inquiry form and entered a family members home address, located in South River and to my absolute surprise…I received a phone call from Greg in South River barely a few hours later. While the shipment and responsibility was in no way, shape or form attributed to the South River location, Greg put me in contact with his team member, Bridget. To say I am appreciative and impressed with how quickly and effectively Bridget resolved my issue would be an understatement. She took it upon herself, with zero obligation, to contact every location my package was looping to, submitted a re-route form to every location and kept in close contact with me every step of the way to keep me up to date with how her effort was progressing. To my absolute shock and surprise, she managed to isolate the issue causing my package to death spiral, provided me to necessary information to prevent this happening again in the future and reached out to the associate who delivers mail to my home to ensure all involved were on the same page and landed my delivery in my mail box barely 3 hours later. I think it is important that whoever reads this or who ever is responsible for hiring and employee management is aware of just how lucky they are to have such a dedicated, competent, pleasant and effective resource on the team. Feel free to take a look at the attached collage of the majority of my packages shipping history to get a better idea of just how frustrated I was while helplessly observing. Your the best Bridget, even though you told me it was not at all necessary, I told you I was going to yell your praise from the mountaintop!
