Please do better. Nobody wants to hear about their elderly parents dealing with this nonsense.

One piece of mail ended up in a parallel streets mailbox with the same number address. This happens occasionally with uber and amazon but it’s not a big deal. I submit a ticket asking where this mail was and in less than 24 hours of submitting the request, I had received a personal email, personal phone call and the mail was in my mailbox. In my experience, they have been great all around. Even the few times I’ve had to go to the office in person. They certainly exceeded my expectations and I appreciate my mail carrier and the service I received.

I could go on and on about how many times they have lost stuff, said “the buisness is closed” even though I can see them on the camera driving right by, but this takes the cake. You cannot count on them for anything. I had to go on a hunt for a package that could not be replaced, and all I got from them was a “too bad so sad”. I ending up finding the package at 1640, not 1260. How hard it is to match up numbers on a box to a big sign? There is one person who works there that is a sweetheart, and she knows who she is. The rest, including the management are miserable, incompetent and rude. How dare you get upset when they can’t do their simple jobs. Wait until AI takes their jobs, or the government stops subsidizing their failures.
