Employee named Shavonda seems disturbed in her personal life she takes that out on parents of an infant. We had an horrible experience here not once not twice but thrice we were late by 6 minutes for an appointment. The USPS was dead empty two employees were sitting and scrolling on their phone and they said they cant take us bcoz we were late. They cursed us and my baby. Shame on you Shavonda, i pray u remain disturbed as you are.

I went in to get my passport photo renewed, and the gentleman helping us told me I had to show my ears. After checking the actual passport photo requirements online, I found out that this is NOT required at all. Because of his incorrect information, I wasted time and money.
If you’re going to do passport photos, you should know the rules. Very disappointing experience. worst photo ever!

We came to this USPS location to renew a passport for our child. We arrived about 10 minutes late for our appointment, and the staff told us they couldn’t take us, which we understood and accepted.
However, while we stepped aside to reorganize our documents and discuss purchasing a money order, the two staff members at the counter began talking about us within earshot, making comments like “these guys are always late” and questioning why we were still there. This felt disrespectful, unprofessional, and discriminatory.
Even if a customer is late, there is no excuse for staff to speak about them that way. Based on this experience and other similar reviews, these two employees clearly need better customer service training. Very disappointing experience.
