  I visited this store recently, it was my first time and had no idea what I was doing and I had to make a big printing order. I went to the printing section and Hamal helped me out. He helped me download the app, activate rewards, spend the exact amount I wanted to spend to get access to the coupon. He didn’t just help me he went above and beyond with a smile on his face and cracking jokes. He was patient and kind, even let me feel the different types of paper I could get. Outstanding customer service! I will definitely be coming back to this location. Hamal made everything very smooth and totally enriched my experience shopping at Staples.

  I went to staples yesterday the customer service was terrible it was this Spanish lady in the morning shift in the printing areas she was disrespectful not helpful at all and appeared that she didn’t really care for the job or customer I will not be going back to this location ever again I will take the extra miles and go to Watchung staples

  They carry a wide selection of products available immediately. No difficulty matching prices from other retailers such as Amazon. Have been going to Staples for years. Will continue to do so. Great retailer!

  Terrible customer service experience. I went to this store on the 17th to buy an Epson ET-2980 Pinter. They had none in the store, so they gave me the option to have it delivered to the store and pick it up 2 days later. Great, let's do that. The entire time the employee is filling out the order, he is trying to sell me a warranty plan. I make it clear that I'm not interested but he keeps trying. We went over the same talking points over 10 times. I end up not getting the warranty. Whatever, at least I'll have my printer soon. 2 days later and I still have no email update on the order, so I call the store to check in. They have no record of the order but there is clearly a charge on my card and I have a receipt. As I read over the order number, I realize that the employee initiated a 1 hour pickup at a different location way out of my way that would be inconvenient for me to get. The employee was so distracted trying to sell me a warranty I clearly didn't want that he completely messed up the order. I ask what they can do to help me resolve this discrepancy. "There is nothing we can do sir. You can either go there in person or you can call them." "So you can make an order at their store, but you can't cancel it?" "Nope!" I end up calling the other location myself to cancel the order and pick up tbe printer at the closest Best Buy. Should have went there in the first place.
