    My mail wasn’t delivered today (2/23/26). There should’ve been a notice posted up on the website. When I went to the post office courier orientation, I was told that the mail gets delivered no matter what. What ever happened to that. This is completely unacceptable.

    I come here everyday for my company mail. #1 - Darlene, Heather, Leah and Luis are GREAT! they know me and always go out of their way to get my mail (call service). #2 - This facility is one of the worst i have ever been in - the recent huge snow storm we had on 1/25 & 1/26 - the parking lot IS NOT PLOWED!!! the walkways are not shoveled. there is ALWAYS chaos in this parking lot because there is no parking (see #3) and with that chaos you are expecting customers to put their life in their own hand trying to navigate and unplowed, unsalted and icy parking lot????? WHO RUNS MAINTAINENCE ON THIS FACILTY????? #3A - I have been coming here for almost 4 years and there is NEVER or very limited parking in the CUSTOMER PARKING LOT. there should not be employees parking in the customer lot! there should not be USPS vehicles in the customer parking lot! there is a giant back lot that can AND should be used for employees and business vehicles. #3B - when the parking lot is filled and there is no where to park - MIRACULOUSLY THERE IS NO CUSTOMERS IN THE LOBBY!! so who is parking in the customer parking lot? #4 - the facility manager/Maintenance should be solving why in the Winter there is no heat in the building - Freezing temps in the winter inside to the point the employees are bundled up like they are living in the Artic - In the Summer the A/C is sporadic - it could be upwards of 100 in the common areas of this building. that is how you treat your employees AND customers? maybe there needs to be a change at the top to get things done at this location??

    theres about 10 parking spaces and they are almost all filled. I have to wait until someone leaves. If you get in there is like 1 customer on line. Not sure who is taking up the other 9 spots. also i get letter in PO box saying i have mail up front every once in a while. then when you ask them about the letter hey can never find the letter. i get excuses like it was a mistake, or it was already delivered in the mail, or no there wasnt any letter at all. Sometimes I wonder if it was a registered letter that vanished.

    No one here knows what to do . Probably 1 person gives accurate information and service and of that Pierson isn’t in, no one else can help you - the staff seems to not even talk/ teach each other, overall terrible service - have had to come here 4-6 different times for one simple service . Just terrible
