- CBCassandra BadillaDec 16, 20255.0This post office has never given me any issues, they are always polite, respectful, helpful. All of the staff are great, especially Ebony. She is a professional and she is always very helpful. I don't know anything about mailing stuff honestly but she never makes me feel bad for not knowing and always helps me through, giving me advice when I need it, she has the answers to all my questions. I'm not sure what all the negative feedback for her is regarding. she is not the warm and fuzzy type but I don't think you need to be to do your job well. she is kind and great at her job, an asset to the postal service, and I really appreciate her being there
