Why does he have to make me feel so anxious if he despises his job, considering that I did nothing to upset him, to the contrary I remained very patient.

I’m not sure what he has going on but there is no reason for him to be touching my screen or speaking to me so condescendingly. Some context for potential leadership who may care to correct this. His system started experiencing issues shortly into the transaction. Bruce got frustrated and started telling me to do things on the screen. I told him nothing was on the screen and he went to get the manager who was much nicer. This was close to closing so I can understand the frustration after the issue came up but his attitude was frustrating from the beginning. TLDR; Bruce is miserable and rude. The manager is nice.
