I hate this post office. The guy who’s there is always so unnecessarily miserable. I would rather lug my mail to another town or all the way to work in New York than have to interact with him ever again.

Too bad 0/5 stars is not available. The service was horrible. The person working there was so condescending, passive-aggressive and rude for no reason. Why does he have to make me feel so anxious if he despises his job, considering that I did nothing to upset him, to the contrary I remained very patient.

Bruce is terrible to deal with. I was nothing but patient from the start and he was rude and impatient from the start. I’m not sure what he has going on but there is no reason for him to be touching my screen or speaking to me so condescendingly.
Some context for potential leadership who may care to correct this. His system started experiencing issues shortly into the transaction. Bruce got frustrated and started telling me to do things on the screen. I told him nothing was on the screen and he went to get the manager who was much nicer. This was close to closing so I can understand the frustration after the issue came up but his attitude was frustrating from the beginning.
TLDR; Bruce is miserable and rude. The manager is nice.
