Whomever is the driver for 150 S Bridge St you need to do a better job. I spoke with Aaron about a mail hold and it got confirmed (started on the 7th and ends on the 14th). You do not follow instructions, you don't do your job properly. I will be stopping by this morning and speaking with your manager.

Every visit to this place is painful.
There's one woman that always has buds in and facetimes, you're at the window trying to get things done, and have no idea whom she's talking to, is it you or person on the phone? How is this even allowed.
Then there's another woman, that is in a constant war with the machine, she'd walk back and forth to the backroom and back to the screen 5 times and can't ever get it working. It takes 15 minutes to drop of a package with paid label... 1 scan.. 15 minutes...
Sometimes there's a man who'd come from the back room, he's always seems super mad at everyone, once USPS lost my package, and i asked for help instead of just telling me thats there's form online (which i learned later) he raised his voice and started mumbling something i couldn't understand. Yeah dude, of course its my fault USPS lost my package...
Anyway, if you're looking for quick in and out service, where their scanners and screens are always working, and workers talk to you instead of their phones. i very much recommend to try manvile location.

I've been here several times over the past year living in Somerville. The front desk worker seems resentful and annoyed to serve customers. If there are 2-3 people, plan to spend at least 20 minutes waiting.
For example, I went to check out the year of the dragon stamps and she was very dismissive saying "we don't have them, i don't know when they'll be in". It made me feel like a nuisance when I'm just trying to get some stamps. At Raritan, the guy showed me all the different designs and had more knowledge of the products/availability.
I live within walking distance and I choose to drive to Raritan instead because the workers there are friendly and helpful. Seriously, just go to Raritan, Somerville is not worth it.

I sent a pretty expensive item that was time sensitive threw this location. Insured the item. Was suppose to be delivered in two days to Pa. instead it goes to New Hampshire facility on the 3rd day, so I immediately opened a claim. They told me it will go to the correct address and I can go and get my shipping cost refunded at this facility. So I go in, the teller first offer is already rude no greet nothing stairs at me, and I tell him that I had a claim and they said to come we’re I shipped it from and he just kept telling me I have to make a new claim and laughing said just because I paid two day shipping doesn’t mean it will get there. So why pay for two day shipping when it’s a time sensitive sale, and pay insurance on the package? Mind you it’s the 11th package still not delivered went from NJ-NH-MA and now a PA facility and left to go to another PA FACILITY. HORRIBLE service. Compensation should be in order.
